Ukazi/Okazi/Eru is a vegetable base prevalent in the tropical regions of Cameroon, Nigeria, Congo, Gabon, Angola, Asia and South America. These leaves are used in many famous dishes, such as Eru, Okock in Cameroon; Afang soup, Egusi and Okazi/Ukazi Soup in Nigeria; m'fumbua or fumbua in the Congo; and Koko in Angola, Gabon, and the Central African Republic.
