SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all orders $150 and above, if shipped within the USA – excluding addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO.
All orders below $150 should use negotiated shipping rates with UPS and USPS.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. No shipping and/or delivery on weekends and holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact via the efficient method.
Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses will take time and maybe extra costs. Use of specific carriers may also attract additional charges.
You are responsible for delivered to the wrong address. To avoid this, we encourage you to ascertain that the correct address is provided with your order. To ship to an address different from your billing address is allowable ONLY after you register and have an account in our website.
RETURNS

Return of food products is limited.

In case of items damaged during shipment, you have 7 days from date of receipt to return the item(s). We will replace the item(s) or issue a full refund depending on the particular circumstances.

REFURNS

Once the return item(s) is received in our facility, inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or to the original method of payment within 5 business days depending on the policies of your issuer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders originating out of the USA will require the customer to pay the relevant shipping charges.
Shipping charges will vary depending on the country, size and weight of the package.
Relevant shipping charges will be communicated to customer by email after order verification and invoicing.
