Metta palm oil is an edible vegetable oil derived from reddish pulp of the oil palm (fruit of the palm).  It is a popular cooking ingredient in the tropical belt of Africa.  Palm oil is rich in nutrients like vitamin E and Omega 3 Fatty acids.  Metta palm oil is sourced from Cameroon.
